Products for purchase by customers from All About Mowers and Chainsaws are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranty and guarantees.
Once an item is shipped, updates and tracking of a parcel is not automatically provided. Any shipping enquiries are to be made too All About Mowers and Chainsaws directly for us to determine the whereabouts of your items.
Should the need arise we reserve the right to vary transporters for your purchases as deemed necessary – Australia Post is our preferred transporter.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you give consent for the freight company to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home. If you elect to have the parcel not left in a safe place and you are not home for your delivery, you agree to be responsible for any redirection fees that may occur and the cost of collecting your parcel from an allocated depot.
