Certain STIHL items cannot be sold online and shipped as part of our STIHL Dealer agreement.
Click and Collect is available to use for purchases online and collection in-store. If an item cannot be found or is not available online, please contact All About Mowers & Chainsaws via phone 03 5267 2266 or email accounts@allaboutmowers.com.au
Shipping & Delivery Terms
- Once an item is shipped, updates and tracking of a parcel is not automatically provided. Any shipping enquiries are to be made to All About Mowers and Chainsaws directly for us to determine the whereabouts of your items.
- Should the need arise we reserve the right to vary transporters for your purchases as deemed necessary – Australia Post is our preferred transporter.
- By agreeing to our terms and conditions you give consent for the freight company to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not at home. If you elect to have the parcel not left in a safe place and you are not home for your delivery, you agree to be responsible for any redirection fees that may occur and the cost of collecting your parcel from an allocated depot.
